McNulty, Patricia E., 57, of Thurston Street, Riverside, died unexpectedly on January 23, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Stephen H. Arnold.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Rodman B. McNulty and Jeanne M. (St. Onge) Carter, she was a lifelong resident of Riverside.

Patricia was a communicant of St. Brendan Church and former member of the parish’s Rosary and Altar Society. She also was a former member of the Riverside Girl Scout’s.

Patricia was a voracious reader devouring six books a week. She was a devoted aunt, lavishing her love on her nieces and nephews who were like her children.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sisters, Pamela M. Reis of East Providence and Jennifer M. McNulty of Riverside; a brother, Michael R. McNulty Sr. of Seekonk, MA; nieces and nephews, Paul T. Reis Jr., Devon J. Plouff, Matthew B. Reis, Jeremiah Sweet, Gregory McNulty, Kayla McNulty, Michael McNulty Jr. and Jonathon McNulty and several great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Jeanne Anne Sweet.

Her funeral will be held on Friday January 27, 2017 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
