Jannetti, Paul J., 91, of Gibbs Street, Rumford, died unexpectedly on January 31, 2018. He was the beloved husband of the late Evelyn M. (Lima) Jannetti.

Born in Warren, a son of the late Gaetano and Aida R. (Patrone) Jannetti, he lived in Rumford for 18 years previously residing in Seekonk, MA and San Diego, CA.

Mr. Jannetti was a Manger for the United States Naval Department for 34 years before retiring in 1973.

Paul was a communicant of St. Margaret Church. He was a member of the East Providence Knights of Columbus and enjoyed golfing and bowling.

Mr. Jannetti was a United States Navy Veteran serving during World War II.

He is survived by a son, Jonathan Jannetti of Rumford and four grandchildren. He was the father of the late Paul G. Jannetti and brother of the late Geraldine M. Parisi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret Church, 1098 Pawtucket Avenue, Rumford on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
