Trelease, Phyllis J., 65, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2022 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Jack Trelease.

Born in Flushing, New York, she was a daughter of the late Patrick A. and Kathleen (Feeley) Cavuto.

Phyllis was a nursing assistant for many years.

A private Burial was held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Wampanoag Trail, East Providence.
