  1. This is so late but my husband and I were talking about Ray and Pam tonight. I knew them as their babysitter Missy. My husband knew of them as friends of his sister and brother-in-law Linda and the late Ray Normann. Pam was so good to me (Missy) on so many occasions. Most notably, lending me an old pair of glasses after I dropped mine in Barrington Cove, and even more so, picking me up from school in 9th grade when I had excruciating menstrual cramps. Pam was hilarious and Ray was kind and gentle. I have such fond memories of both of them. Both my parents have passed but Ray and Pam were their first real friends when we moved back to New England from Arkansas.

  20. Since I live out in the State of Washington, I want to thank Paula (Lucchesi) Brown for texting me of Ray’s passing. I just got off the phone with my brother Frank where we shared our great memories of growing up with Ray in the neighborhood during the 1950’s and 1960’s. I knew Ray as a character, easy going, quick with humor, loyal, and giving. It was great seeing him at our sister June’s funeral service during November of 2018.
