  6. I was deeply saddened to hear of my dear friend’s passing. She was a bright light in this world and much loved by all who knew her. Our friendship lasted over 40 years and I will miss our conversations and the times we got together for lunch or just to visit. She was a woman of great faith and we prayed together many times through the years. She loved her family and I pray they will find comfort in knowing that she is with our Lord.

  10. Rita was truly “a lady” as my mother would say. Her presence was known by her gentle spirit and loving heart.

  12. The passing of “A Mother ‘ is especially difficult because they are the heart and soul of the family. Rita fit this description perfectly. Always a kind word from her whenever we met . She leaves this world leaving behind heartache from her immediate family but is back with her Mom and Dad whom she loved dearly. Even as a youngster, Rita helped my Mom raise six children which involved changing my diapers many a time ( and she loved reminding about it ) Until we meet again my dear Rita give your Mom (my Godmother ) a big hug from me

  13. My Dad suffered alcohol use disorder. His affliction got really bad when I was ten years old and my Mom sent me to live with Rita and her family for a while. Wise beyond her years (only two years older than me), Rita helped me come to terms what was happening. RIP, my very dear cousin.

  14. David and family,

    Kevin
