McCaughey, Robert, J., 54, formerly of Francis Avenue, Riverside, died unexpectedly on July 17, 2012.

Born in Providence, a son of Edmund J. McCaughey of Fort Myers, FL and the late Rose A. (Grant) McCaughey, he lived in Riverside for 40 years.

Besides his father, he is survived by a sister; Debbie Rosa, a nephew; James Rosa and a niece; Lea Rosa. He was the former companion of Deborah Mays.

His funeral and burial will be private. Arrangements are by the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, Riverside.
