Casey, Roland, F., 80, of Spring Avenue, Barrington, died unexpectedly on October 9, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Antoinette B. (Duarte) Casey.

Born in Fall River, MA, a son of the late Abel and Marion (Plante) Casey, he lived in Barrington for 51 years.

Mr. Casey was an aircraft and engine mechanic. He was a forklift mechanic for many years and presently was a mechanic at Rhode Island Country Club.

Roland was a member of the West Barrington Men’s Club, the Silver Spring Golf Course and the Dudek Bowling League.

Mr. Casey was a United States Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

Besides his wife of 51 years, he is survived by a step-daughter, Ann Marie Varrieur of Lake Ridge, VA; two brothers, Arthur Casey of CT and Norman Casey of Fall River, MA; a sister, Patricia Casey of Fall River, MA; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was the step-father of the late Michael Kiselka and grandfather of the late Adam Kiselka.

His funeral service will be held on Thursday October 15, 2015 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 11 a.m. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday 4-7 p.m.
