Shuman, Sandra I., (Miller), 78, of Robeson Street, Fall River, MA, died peacefully on September 4, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA. She was the wife of the late Herbert Shuman.
Born in Chelsea, MA, a daughter of the late Elliott and Dorothy (Notkinson) Miller, she lived in Fall River, MA for the past year, Sharon, MA for 8 years and Brockton, MA for 35 years.
Mrs. Shuman was a graduate of Jerimiah E. Burke High School, Dorchester, MA, Class of 1960. She was a member of the B’Nai Brith.
A sports enthusiast, she was a devoted Boston Red Sox fan. She enjoyed art, shuffleboard, bowling and was in several bowling leagues in Brockton. She collected J.F.K. memorabilia.
She is survived by two sons, Steven M. Shuman and his wife Samantha of Riverside and Mark M. Shuman and his wife Tracie of Abu Dhabi and six grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Lois and Sydelle.
Her funeral service will be private. Contributions in Sandra’s memory to the ASPCA, 186 Amaral Street, Riverside, RI, 02915 would be deeply appreciated.
