Leis, Scott, C., 49, of Shady Lane, Riverside, died unexpectedly on Monday September 15, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was the former husband of Patricia (Xavier) Bain.

Born in Providence, a son of Pauline (Campos) Leis of Riverside and the late Robert Leis, he was a lifelong resident of Riverside.

Scott was a sports enthusiast. He enjoyed studying history and spending time with his loving grandchildren.

Besides his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Tiana X. Leis of Barrington and Shaina X. Leis of Los Angeles, CA; a son, Cameron X. Leis of Seekonk, MA; two grandchildren, Ava and Xavier Maddox, both of Barrington; a brother, Michael A. Leis of Riverside; two sisters, Susanna E. Arruda of Riverside and Kathleen F. Sheridan of Riverside and several nieces.

His funeral will be held on Thursday September 18, 2014 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 9:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke Church, Washington Road, Barrington at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
