Shaw, Sidney, C., 61, of Lowell Avenue, died peacefully on February 11, 2011 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence surrounded by his friends.

Born in Quincy, MA, a son of the late Percy C. and Winifred M. (Walke) Shaw, he lived in Pawtucket since 1962.

His funeral and burial will be private.
