Guertin, Susan A., 76, of Office Parkway, East Providence, died unexpectedly on March 6, 2021 at Rhode Island Hospital.
Born in Seekonk, Ma, a daughter of the late Armand and Mary (Kelvey) Guertin, she lived in East Providence for most of her life.
Ms. Guertin was a CNA at Waterview Villa Nursing Home for 30 years.
Susan enjoyed walking, fishing, going to the beach and spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by two daughters, Desiree Smith and Darkus Veal both of Orlando, FL; four grandchildren, John Veal, Leslie Veal, Jennifer Sellars Christopher Sellars and two brothers, Joseph Kelvey of St. Cloud, FL and Armand Guertin of East Providence.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday March 16, 2021 at 10 a.m. in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. The guidelines set forth by the Rhode Island Department of Health will be observed. Face coverings are required and only 30 people will be allowed in the building at a time.

Nana I still don’t want to believe this iv been thinking of a lot of memories these few days and I even thought of you at work the other night cuz a customer reminded me of you I broke down and you will always be with me too when riding in the car the rosary you gave me when I was in the hospital is still hanging on my rearview mirror and will stay there forever love you and miss you nana fly high beautiful Angel ?
