Pennacchia, Teresa R., 56, of Charles Street, died peacefully on September 26, 2016.

Born in Virginia, a daughter of the late Vincent A. and Leonora (DiPanni) Palka, she lived in Providence for 4 years previously residing in Johnston.

Mrs. Pennacchia worked in food service at Woman and Infants Hospital for many years and was a food beverage server at Twin River Casino for 12 years.

She is survived by two sons, Paul M. Pennacchia and his fiance Victoria Cooke of East Providence and Steven A. Pennacchia and his wife Deborah of Florida; a brother, Louis Palka of Arizona; two sisters, Katherine Blankenship of North Providence and Anna Marie Pitron of Florida; two sister-in-laws, Dale Palka and Tammy Palka; three beloved grandchildren, Samuel, Jordan and Kara Pennacchia and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Vincent Palka III.

Her funeral will be held on Friday September 30, 2016 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 10 a.m.
