Kostrzewa, Thaddeus, J, 91, of Atria Bay Spring Village, 147 Bay Spring Avenue, Barrington, died peacefully on November 1, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Grace Mary (Damico) Kostrzewa.

Born in Saginah, MI, a son of the late Frank and Helen (Dukarski) Kostrzewa, he lived in Barrington for the past 2 years.

Mr. Kostrzewa was a shipping clerk for Baker-Perkins Mfg., Saginah, MI for 25 years.

Thaddeus was a United States Navy Veteran serving during World War II on the USS George. A sports enthusiast, he enjoyed bowling and playing cards.

Besides his wife of 61 years, he is survived by his children; Robert J. Kostrzewa and his wife Kathleen of Barrington, Sheila Surian of Muskegon, MI, Mark Kostrzewa and his wife Darcy of Eau Claire, MI and Laura Eisenhauer and her husband Christopher of Clearwater, FL, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Marion, Roman, Anthony, Mary, Cecelia, Henry and John.

His funeral service will be private. Burial will be held in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
