Charette, Thomas, F., 80, formerly of Greenville Drive, Barrington died peacefully on December 25, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis (St. Angelo) Charette.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Francis T. and S. Susanna (Kwaga) Charette, he lived in Barrington, Warren and Merritt Island, FL for the past 10 years.

Mr. Charette was a Pharmacist for 42 years before retiring in 1998. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the Ocean Grove American Legion, Swansea, MA.

Thomas was a graduate of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy Class of 1956.

Besides his wife of 57 years, he is survived by six children; Susan J. Cardente of Barrington, Thomas F. Charette Jr. of Barrington, Melissa A. Polom of North Kingstown, Jennifer A. Braz of Barrington, David J. Charette of Palm Coast, FL and John A. Charette of Avondale, PA, ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A Celebration of his Life will be held on Sunday December 29 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 1 pm. Calling hours are Sunday 12 noon-1 pm.
