Snyder, Valorie (Arcello), 46, of Spring Avenue, Barrington, died peacefully on May 1, 2011, after an 8 year battle with breast cancer. She was the beloved wife of Robert M. Snyder.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Vivian R. (Fojo) Arcello of Bristol and the late Vincent G. Arcello.

Valorie brightened the lives of those who knew her with her energy and strength. She touched so many with her kind heart and zest for life.

Besides her husband of 16 years, she is survived by two sons; Jonathan V. Collins and Dale R. Snyder, a sister; Susan Ryding and her husband, Chris, two brothers; Vince Arcello and his wife, Cathy, Steven Arcello and his wife, Beth, three nephews; Aaron and Andrew Arcello and Cy Ryding, and three nieces; Lauren and Sara Arcello and Olivia Ryding.

Friends and relatives are invited to a Memorial Mass on Saturday, May 14, 2011 in St. Elizabeth Church, 577 Wood Street, Bristol at 9 am. Burial will be private.
