Ouellette, Vivian A., 84, of Glenrose Drive, Riverside, died peacefully on September 8, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Arthur J. and Cecile (Guertin) St. Denis, she lived in Riverside for 60 years.

Mrs. Ouellette was a Registered Nurse at Rhode Island Hospital for 25 years before retiring in 1999.

Vivian was a graduate of the C.C.R.I. School of Nursing Class of 1977.

Mrs. Ouellette was a communicant of St. Brendan Church and was a member The Society of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Brendan Church. She also was a member of SPRED and the Riverside Circle of the Daughters of Isabella.

An avid traveler, she enjoyed spending time with her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia Harrington of Riverside, Kerrie Trahan of Westerly and Diane Ouellette of Riverside; three grandchildren, Julie and Michele Harrington of Riverside and Michael Trahan of North Andover, MA and five great grandchildren, Jalysa, Michael, Arcangelo, Hannah and Noah. She was the sister of the late Muriel Genovese and Pauline Harris.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday September 13, 2016 from the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 8:45 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
