Adams, William D. “Billy”, 68, of Luray Street, Riverside, died peacefully on June 14, 2023 at the West Roxbury VA Medical Center, Boston.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Alan and Anna Mae (Sullivan) Adams, he was a lifelong resident of Riverside.
Mr. Adams was the owner-operator of Adams Painting Company for 40 years.
William was a member of the Riverside Sportsman Club, the East Providence Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Boynton Beach American Legion Post.
He enjoyed golfing, boating and swimming.
Mr. Adams was a United States Army Veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Alan Q. Adams of Riverside and William D. Adams of Riverside; three grandchildren, Alyssa Lynn Adams, Brenna Lee Adams and Zoey May Adams; three sisters, Alana Simmons of Riverside, Donna Estrella of North Carolina and Caroline Greene of East Providence. He was the brother of the late Alan Adams, Ann Parton and Diane Alden.
His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday June 24, 2023 in the W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside at 2 p.m. Calling Hours are from 12 p.m. -2 p.m.
